Date: 2024-09-29

This data is being logged and stored, and then posted for sale on the Internet to the criminal communities. Root kits are extremely dangerous and usually obtained by installing software. Root kits change the names of actually critical applications on your computer to hide themselves from being deleted. It's almost impossible to remove a root kit without formatting your computer and restoring it from known good media. For more information on the story visit F-Secure.Comments
